Our Approach

Why clients work with KLegit

This page explains the thinking behind our training methodology, how we structure programs, and what clients can expect from the working relationship.

Philosophy

Programs built around people, not protocols

Most generic fitness programs are written for a hypothetical average person. KLegit operates differently. Every program starts with an in-depth assessment of the individual client. Movement history, physical limitations, lifestyle factors, and personal preferences are all considered before a single exercise is selected.

The result is a program that fits the client rather than a client who has to fit the program. This distinction matters more than people realize, particularly in the early stages of training when motivation is fragile and the wrong approach can end a fitness journey before it properly begins.

How We Work

The principles behind every session

01

Assessment before action

We observe before we prescribe. The initial assessment covers movement quality, strength baselines, and any areas that need care. This takes longer up front but prevents wasted sessions and reduces injury risk significantly.

02

Transparent progression logic

Clients know why they are doing each exercise. Every increase in load, every change in exercise selection has a reason. We explain the reasoning so clients understand the process they are part of, not just the output.

03

Consistency over intensity

Sustainable progress comes from regular, well-managed sessions. Pushing too hard too soon leads to soreness, burnout, and dropout. Programs are designed to keep clients returning, not to impress them in session one.

04

Location flexibility without compromise

Home sessions are not a lesser version of studio sessions. They are differently designed sessions that account for available space and equipment. Quality of training does not depend on the venue.

Program Design

What goes into building a program

A KLegit program is a structured document. It includes a weekly session layout, exercise selection with rationale, load and volume guidelines, and progression criteria. It is written before the first session and updated after every few weeks based on observed progress.

This structure exists because training without a plan is just exercise. Exercise has value but a planned program has direction. Clients who train with a clear structure tend to stay engaged longer and see more meaningful changes over time.

Movement screening and baseline testing
Written program delivered before session one
Session notes recorded after each training block
Program review every four to six weeks
